Ground: 1-10 business days

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
Please allow 24- 48 hours for all orders to be processed plus transit time to your shipping location.

Ground service is used for most other domestic shipments and products usually arrive within 1-7 business days.
Orders with more than one item may be shipped separately and could result in multiple deliveries being received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPS International
Shipments and products usually arrive within 1-10 business days.
All international shipping cost is $20. Any additional cost such as import fees, duties and taxes will be paid by the customer. JMCandles and Home is not responsible for these fees.

To receive your order more quickly, you may contact Customer Service for 1 Day or 2 Day delivery for an additional charge.

NOTE: Once your order is processed, please allow 1-2 weeks for your products to arrive. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for either of these shipping methods and because every item on our site is not always immediately available, all or part of your order may take additional time to ship.
A shipping surcharge for heavy, bulky or fragile items may apply. Details are available on individual product pages. Shipping surcharges, where applicable, will apply regardless of any promotions or discounts.
